Because of the variety of products we fulfill, we package each item based on dimension requirements to ensure protection during shipment. Generally, posters are shipped in kraft tube boxes with plastic end caps. Frames and canvases are usually shipped in corrugated boxes, ranging in dimensions of 26x20x18 to 28×5.5×38.

All our shipping products are either 100% recyclable or fully biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.

Apparel items

We recommend machine wash cold*, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Only non-chlorine bleach, when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration/printed area. Do not dry clean.**

Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and high temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.

Pillows

The pillowcase itself can be machine washed according to the above mentioned care instructions. However, the pillow instert should only be handwashed.

Direct to garment printing, also known as DTG printing, is a process of printing on textiles and garments using specialized or modified inkjet technology.

Digital printing technologies are non-contact, meaning that media is printed on without hand contact, allowing for a more precise image. This prevents the image distortion that takes place in screen printing.

It’s important to note that colors may look different on a real product than what you see on your computer monitor. Even if you have calibrated your monitor to a specific color profile, there are various factors that influence the final appearance of colors on a printed product. Because of this, we can’t guarantee color accuracy 100%.

• When printing on garments, it’s important to consider fabric material and garment color. The same color value will look a little different on when printed on 100% cotton vs. a fabric blend. Similarly, the same color value will look different when printed on a light vs. dark colored garment.
• We also print a white under base layer beneath many prints so that the colors look vibrant and stand out from the fabric. The same color value on one garment can look different when printed with vs. without a white under base.

Our experience shows us that DTG printed shirts are just as durable as screen printed shirts when it comes to washability.

You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! This is a special solution used for printing and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, our inks are water based and eco-friendly. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable!
